Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, escalating as necessary.
- Document and track incidents in the ticketing system.
- Assist in onboarding new employees with IT setup.
- Maintain knowledge base articles for common issues.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
