Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (Full-Time)
Location: Vienna or Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL (Hybrid)
Shift: Sun-Thurs 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm EST
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for IT issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Document incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
