Service Desk Technician at TEKsystems

Description:

his person needs to have the ability to build machines, load software and get the machines up and ready for deployment to the end users. Including SCCM experience and imaging devices. This person could also be providing Level 1-2 phone support that would include AD, password reset, active directory, multi-factor authentication, badge provisioning. This person needs to have an understanding of provisioning and basic build process. The main focus will be helping provision new hires and help team catch up on stuff they were behind on.

Skills:

Service desk, Ticketing system, sccm, deployment, imaging equipment, badge provisioning, technical support, access provisioning, Multi Factor Authorization, password reset, active directory, windows, EasyVista, office 365, machine building, loading software

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with EasyVista is a bonus. Experience providing basic phone support like AD, password resets, etc.
