Job Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and advance within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support: Assist end users with computer hardware, software, and application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
- Mobile Device Management: Support and troubleshoot mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
- Maintain SLAs: Ensure all service level agreements are met, providing timely and efficient support to maintain high user satisfaction.
- User Training: Conduct one-on-one training sessions with end users to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Issue Escalation: Appropriately determine when to escalate issues to the next level of support, ensuring complex problems are resolved efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the enterprise ticketing system (ServiceNow).
Required Skills
- Service Desk Experience: 1-3 years
- Technical Proficiency:
- Supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Office 365
- Supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices (Android, iPhone, iPad)
- Experience with enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Certifications: A+ certification is a plus
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
