Currently, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Dispatcher who will be managing our technicians' schedules to conduct service calls in the most efficient manner possible to maximize time and profitability. Respond to inbound calls from clients, understand their needs, and correctly and effectively schedule work orders. Review technician paperwork for accuracy and communicate effectively with managers, techs, and customers. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Take initiative, think quickly, adapt to and implement changes to the schedule, and communicate those changes to all parties affected while maintaining an upbeat and professional attitude.

Work Hours: Work a rotating schedule with shifts from 8am-5pm. Some weekends are required but you'll also get occasional 4 day weekends to balance it out.
Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour, depending on experience with opportunities for bonuses based on departmental profitability

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English
- 2+ years of scheduling or dispatching experience
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy
- Ability to manage a multiple-line phone system
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dispatching experience for HVAC, electrical, plumbing or similar industry
- Service Titan experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in English and Spanish
