We are currently seeking a Service Engineer (Medical Device) in the Minneapolis and surrounding areas

Summary
�
The Service Engineer repairs, calibrates, and maintains medical equipment and instrumentation used in health care delivery field by performing the following duties.
�
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
�
The Service Engineer independently performs troubleshooting and repairs, installations, calibrations, preventative maintenance and FCO�s on medical equipment.
�
The Service Engineer submits service reports and other required paperwork accurately and timely.
�
The Service Engineer responds promptly to customer service needs, ensures customer satisfaction and consults with staff to ensure equipment functions properly and safely.
�
The incumbent demonstrates commitment to customer satisfaction and quality as exhibited by internal and external customer feedback.� This includes timely completion of mandatory education and current credentials.
�
The incumbent is in complies with safety and quality procedures and initiatives by strictly following safety policies, rules and safe work methods, making suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety, promptly correcting or reporting safety hazards or unsafe conditions, promptly reporting injuries for timely diagnoses and medical treatment, and by participating in safety processes such as safety committee, safety inspections, etc.

The incumbent complies with DMS policies, local, state and federal regulations and laws related to work duties and responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience �������������������������������������������������
Associate�s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The individual should have the ability to access job related internet websites, review on-line documentation and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
