Our Genesis dealership in Ontario is seeking a Service Greeter. This is a great opportunity to take your automotive career to the next level. In this position, you will assist with the growth and performance of the service department to achieve strategic plan goals. In addition, you will implement best business practices and The Rusnak Standards to deliver superior client and associate satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Effectively and Efficiently Ensure All Customer Service Components are Completed Professionally:
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location. Assists with service traffic flow and parking.
- Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
- Controls service traffic flow and parking.
- Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
- Answers service drive phone calls.
- Makes phone appointments and schedules with advisors; confirms all appointments the day before with customer.
- Follows up on missed appointments each day and re-schedules with customer.
- Escorts all customers to cars after completed service.
- Calls all customers receiving CSI Survey; documents each call with log sheet and turns into Service Manager weekly.
- Notifies Service Manager of any customers who scored customer satisfaction at less than 100%.
- Provides backup for department as needed for advisors, dispatch.
- Performs administrative duties such as filing, collating documents, faxing and scanning.
- Calls inactive customers to schedule for service though sales sold data as well as recalls and service actions.
- Assists Service Manager with monitoring of all inventory cars for recalls and service actions needed.

Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 1 year of retail related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: UTI or trade school graduate or equivalent practical experience.
- Required: Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
