Service & Install Manager - Empowered Global Inc.

Empowered Global exists to serve our clients for a peace of mind experience by empowering our team to become leaders. We are a family-owned electrical contractor specializing in generators, residential service work, and remodels, as well as light commercial service work in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and the surrounding areas for over 10 years.

Currently, we have an immediate need for a Service/Install Manager who is responsible for overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the service technician and installer departments. Supervise warehouse/runner, service technicians, and installers. Responsible for making sure all technicians are properly trained. Oversee inventory stock and material orders. Review all service and install invoices daily, warranty issues and coordinate progress billing. Make sure all vehicles are clean, stocked, and running properly.

Work Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $85,000-$95,000, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years related experience and/or management in a service industry/construction trade
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Generator certification or experience
• Electrical code knowledge

Work Exposer:

• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment
