About the Job
Job Duties:
Schedule technicians to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs in an effective manner
Follow the guidelines of the organization including policies and procedures for dispatching
Inventory and pulling necessary parts for the service or installation calls
Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from staff, supervisors, or field inspectors
Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipment
Requirements:
Previous scheduling experience helpful
Intermediate to advanced computer skills and typing ability
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to multi-task and effective problem resolution skills
High level of professionalism
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Punctual with good attendance
Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift weights of usually 5-30 pounds
