We are looking for an experienced Service Installation Manager to join the US Operations Team. The Service Installation Manager is responsible for ensuring that services are being seamlessly delivered to UVeye customers. You are in charge of a variety of tasks, such as installation of new systems, providing first level of support, leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage the installation and deployment of new systems at customers sites, ensuring top notch quality.
- Manage the first level of customer support in the US (Tier 2).
- Manage the team of Field Service and Installation Engineers.
- Schedule assignments, track progress, resolve issues on a daily basis.
- Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Taking accountability for service installations performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
- Be the main focal point of the US team with HQ in Israel.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar - technical background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Operations, and/ or Logistics, Deployment or Support.
- Strong managerial skills both on site and remote.
- Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
- Experience in hiring and building teams across the US.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to travel with a team up to 35% of the time while installation is in launch.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience using ERP software.
