WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Service Integration Specialist will coordinate case management and other supportive service provision across agency programming for clients entering the agency through Resettlement and Placement Program and follow them through their first 365 days in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct case management services as needed, including access to medical, social, employment, educational, and other essential services and navigating local systems.
- Creating service plans for new arrivals to ensure timely and holistic provision of services to help clients reach self-sufficiency, minimize poverty, and successfully make a new home in the United States.
- Providing support to direct line staff across agency teams to fulfill service plan provision.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services related discipline or equivalent work experience
- One-year case management experience in providing direct services to refugees and immigrants.
- Experience linking clients to a broad range of essential, community-based services.
- The ability to provide coaching and leadership in time management and task division.
- The ability to provide culturally sensitive case management is required.
- Proficient communication skills for interaction with clients / public and for documentation of case notes, interviews, etc.
- Working knowledge of community resources for refugees and immigrants.
- Informed about refugee and immigrant issues, and available services to clients.
- Strong Internet research and computer skills, especially with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Data management and reporting as required by funding sources.
- Familiarity with and appreciative of issues related to people with diverse cultures and languages.
- Fluency in a refugee language is preferred along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
This position requires travel between sites and therefore, you must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and liability insurance in the amount of $100/$300K. Also, if hired, you must produce evidence of having received the Covid-19 vaccination.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary range of $26.00 to $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The above pay range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, background, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
