Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Elevate Service Department operations to optimize customer satisfaction, drive sales, and manage costs effectively.
- Craft annual Service Department objectives and budgets in alignment with our organizational vision.
- Design and implement marketing strategies, diligently tracking performance metrics.
- Attract, train, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Coordinate engaging customer events and adeptly handle service negotiations.
- Efficiently manage work-in-progress and rework processes.
- Implement standardized procedures and champion best practices.
- Timely submission of warranty claims and upkeep of service facilities.
- Fulfill all assigned duties with precision and dedication.
Service Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in service repairs, with a focus on CASE IH and New Holland equipment.
- High School diploma/GED required (Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of heavy equipment technology.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is essential.
- Exceptional communication, mathematical, and analytical aptitude.
- Proven track record in team building and leadership.
