DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures;
- Define and communicate customer service standards;
- Review and assess customer service contracts;
- Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards;
- Direct the daily operations of the customer service team;
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department;
- Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery;
- Review customer complaints;
- Track customer complaint resolution;
- Handle complex and escalated customer service issues;
- Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information;
- Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs;
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability;
- Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies;
- Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives;
- Ensure budget requirements are met;
- Evaluate and performance manage staff;
- Identify and address staff training and coaching needs;
- Perform other work related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal);
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a patient and calming manner;
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat;
- Team player with the ability to take on more and grow with the role and company!
EDUCATION:
- Preferred high school diploma;
- Prior experience or education in remodeling and/or construction.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing duties of job, employee is often required to move around, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Employee must often lift and/or move up to 20 pounds or more. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: The work is performed in warehouse setting. While in the office, the noise level is moderate. While in the field at a warehouse, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level is normally moderate.
Dress code: Button down or polo shirt, jeans or pants. Faded jeans, T-shirts, dirty or sloppy clothing, flip flops or open toed shoes are not acceptable
Schedule: Monday through Friday. Appointments and installations may be scheduled on Saturday. If so Pre-Production is expected to be available.
