Responsibilities

Maintain existing customer accounts, ensure policy renewals, and provide claims and billing support.

Deliver customer service by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with policy changes.

Keep accurate client records and help manage day-to-day administrative functions, including payroll and accounts payable.

Provide quotes and assist in policy sales for auto, home, life, and property insurance.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1+ year of leadership or management experience, preferably in customer service.

Experience in accounts payable or payroll management is a plus.

Must obtain Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses within 35 days. Passing the exam is required.
