You'll have the opportunity to hire and motivate an amazing team of Service Technicians
You'll continually improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and repaired
You will work closely with the Branch Manager, and help build a profitable location with your leadership, service and maintenance knowledge, and business management.What you'll do:Coordinate and supervise of the overall delivery of quality performance by CES technicians, drivers, and service associatesGenerate service-related revenueSchedule and perform timely repairs for rental and customer equipmentCreate work schedules and maintain proper accounting of Service Technician productivityEmployee training and developmentOther duties assigned as neededRequirements:High School diploma required; trade-school degree a plus; bachelor's degree preferredValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordExtensive Equipment Fleet Maintenance and leadership experience5 years' service and maintenance experience and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experienceStrong motivational and leadership skillsExcellent customer service skillsStrong knowledge of maintenance accounting and P&LBasic computer skills particularly with Microsoft ExcelThis position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures.Why join us?We don't just ""talk the talk!""
