What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Team: Guide and support a diverse group of technicians, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Drive Success: Collaborate with corporate leadership to establish departmental goals and key performance metrics, ensuring consistent achievement and exceeding expectations.

- Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations, compliance, and safety protocols, ensuring the service department runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Champion Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and work cross-functionally with Sales and Parts teams to provide best-in-class customer service.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure all processes and policies align with company and manufacturer requirements, performing regular checks for compliance and quality.
- Recruit and Onboard: Interview and hire new talent, guiding them through the onboarding process, and setting them up for success from day one.

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
- We’re seeking a Service Manager who’s not only a natural problem-solver but also a strong leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, results-driven, and dedicated to achieving both departmental and company-wide goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- License: Valid Driver’s License with the ability to meet insurance requirements.
- Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience managing large teams or departments. Prior experience in transportation or dealership settings is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with truck systems and parts is essential; experience with Freightliner dealerships or CIC Level I/II certification is highly desirable.
- Operational Expertise: Proven ability to oversee departmental or project budgets, analyze data, and forecast trends.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, data entry, and MS Office applications, with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm. Experience with Procede software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Personal Traits: Committed to producing quality work, being a collaborative team player, and upholding company values in all aspects of the role.
