ABOUT THIS SERVICE MANAGER ROLE

While working on our management team, you can expect to work 7 am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

As the Service Manager, your day starts with a quick team huddle, energizing your crew for the day's tasks. You're the go-to person for all things customer service, ensuring every client interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. From coordinating service schedules to troubleshooting on the go, you're a pro at keeping things moving smoothly. Throughout the day, you're building up your team, sharing insights, and celebrating wins big and small. Whether you're addressing customer inquiries or refining processes, every moment is focused on delivering top-notch service with a smile. By day's end, you leave knowing your team and customers both feel valued and supported.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SERVICE MANAGER

• 10+ years of HVAC experience
• Experience as a service and installation manager (preferred)
