The Service Manager role is an important role within our stores. The SM works closely with our Lead Service Manager, providing first-class customer service to achieve the ultimate customer satisfaction. The Service Manager welcomes each customer into our shop, discovering the need of their visit and quickly getting their vehicle to the bays, relaying the information to the technicians.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
- Distribute work between technicians
- Prioritize required services
- Spend quality time building customer relationships
Must possess the following Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Secondary education in the automotive field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs, and parts
- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- General safety knowledge and skills
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
