Job Description
- ServiceNow experience is a must
- Overall technical lead for HRSM
- Responsible for overall design/architecture for HRSM
- Understand technical/business requirements gather from business
- Perform root cause analysis to help quickly recover HRSM interruptions
- Provide technical support as needed for HRSM/Dell
- Consult with other business units such as ITSM
- Understand Scope applications and their security on shared platforms
- Keep up to date with industry and technology trends around ServiceNow
- Train existing team
- Help evaluate additional team members needed Experience
- 10+ years IT experience
- 3+ years working on ServiceNow implementation experience
- Previous large scale HRSM implementation a must
- Helsinki implementation a plus
- Javascript, xml, html, JSON, REST, WSDL, SQL, databases
- ServiceNow Notify, MID Servers, Mobile, Internationalization and Security
