Job Description
- 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- Very experienced with the ServiceNow platform suite.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB and Knowledge.
- Experience with integration with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, SCOM, SMS Integration and other Infrastructure tools.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Watch, Orchestration, Performance Analytics.
- Familiar with Service Now scripting and security best practices.
- Excellent Practical Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow API's, Web Services.
- Competent in organizing, planning and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment. ServiceNow Certified Implementation
