What You’ll Do:
- Diagnosing, installing, and repairing Septic systems, wells, and water filtration systems
- Servicing multi-family units
- Establish great customer rapport
- Maintain a clean, organized service truck with inventory
- Participate actively in all training exercises & morning meetings
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets
What Makes You Great?
- 5 years of service plumbing experience, preferred
- Plumbing license, required
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit

- You’re professional; neat, clean, punctual and courteous
