We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring timely and reliable transportation.  We are currently seeking a Service Porter to join our team and help maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction. Your role is essential in contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles while transporting customers to designated locations.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to customer needs.
• Carry conversations with customers while transporting them.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate transportation and address any issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Move customer vehicles around dealership lots.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience is preferred.

• Ability to operate and navigate a variety of vehicles, including vans, trucks or smaller company vehicles.

• Strong time management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
