About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Porter to join our team at FOUNDATION KIA. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by assisting with various tasks such as greeting customers, directing traffic, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to the success of our team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Familiarity with basic automotive maintenance tasks
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
• Assist with the movement of vehicles in and out of the service department
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the service drive and customer waiting areas
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels
• Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the service department
