Service Cashier position available working indoors and a great friendly environment!
Applicants should be able to work FT hours during the day or evenings; some day shifts as needed including Saturdays (closed Sunday). We do offer benefits to FT employees after 60 days.
Position summary:
Interact with guests at the Service Cashier window and monitor daily processing of paperwork to represent the Murdock Auto Team brand standing in a league of our own in the automotive industry by delivering on our No Regrets promise through enthusiasm, guest experience, and continual innovation and growth.
Tasks:
- Confer with guests by telephone or in person to collect accounts receivable, provide information about Murdock services, facilitate processing of payments due from each customer, direct guests to sales consultants or other appropriate staff members as needed, and help resolve concerns as needed.
- Keep records of guest payments and other paperwork organized, monitor interactions with guest payments, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Ensure that guests are being greeted and customers' needs being addressed and proactively refer unresolved customer needs to designated departments for further investigation.
- Direct guests with inquiries guest waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and/or to communicate services available for guests of the Murdock Auto Team.
- Follow-up with guests to determine if their needs were met and they experience was the best quality.

Experience And Education:
High School diploma or GED. Ability record and monitor surroundings. Experience in customer service, Excel spreadsheets, and MicroSoft Office. Excellent communication and time management skills. Must be able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment. Must minimum of 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Need ability to move around the dealership. The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds. Work is performed at a desk in an office setting and walking throughout the dealership showroom and lot.
