Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Document processes and collect/analyze performance data to provide technical assistance.
- Tie workflow to schedule and accurately document solutions for complex issues.
- Create workaround procedures when standard procedures fail and ensure issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Use a ladder safely as required.
- Manage warehousing, staging, and distribution functions to maintain a warehouse and/or local inventory that provides quick access to mission-critical equipment worldwide.
- Utilize established procedures and tools to analyze impact and fulfill service requests.
- Implement and maintain defined warehouse standards across local and satellite locations.
- Work collaboratively in a team setting, sharing information, and assisting others.
- Perform testing, cleaning, packaging, and restocking of various types of equipment.
- Communicate effectively with other teams within the Field Ops Organization.
- Execute various duties as required, including Truck and Van Driving, Project Management, Equipment Receiving, IMAC Workorders, Network Projects, Shipping, and Inventory Control.
- Research and determine the disposition of equipment for appropriate handling (e.g., Deinstallation, Defective, Retirement, Recovery).
- Update and maintain accurate inventory counts within assigned Stock IDs.
- Complete cycle counts as needed for the area of responsibility.
- Utilize automated tools to perform various daily assignments.
- Provide research, analysis, and problem resolution to team members.
- Meet established Service Level Agreements for the delivery or shipment of orders.
- Handle multiple assignments/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
