First Community Credit Union is looking to hire a full-time Manager to oversell the tellers in our Fargo Market. You will be responsible for the day to day operations in the teller line. As a manager, you arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide encouragement and direction to your team, and lead them to be successful!
During each day, you will guide your team to providing quality service to members and implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the branch. You will also provide ongoing coaching and ensure a positive and professional team environment.
As the manager, an ambitious learner and team member, you are goal-oriented and always learning and improving. You are building a culture of trust and helping your team grow professionally. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We offer a competitive wage, depending on qualifications, and a full benefitspackage. EOE
