Job Description:
We are seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team, both on route and in-house. As a Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the service team responsible for customer service, sales, and product pick-up and delivery.
• Hiring, training, developing, and evaluating team members to ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.
• Driving a company-owned vehicle to customer sites and assisting with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts.
• Overseeing key service department areas, including maintaining customer relationships, handling contract renewals, increasing internal sales, and ensuring an efficient route structure and driver compliance.

Must Have:

1. Bachelors Degree
2. 1 years of Sales or Customer Service experience

Plus:

1. Training or instructor experience
2. Experience in an industrial or Service industry
