About the Job
Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Meeting or exceeding service/operational goals while providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
- Effectively fix or repair customer’s needs associated with our installed products in their homes
- Utilize professional communication when communicating with customers both in person, on the phone or via text.
- Communicate promptly and efficiently with Service Manager and others as needed to share challenges or needs from homeowner’s project
- Work directly with homeowner to solve any service challenges
- Utilize technology as needed to complete communication and service orders in LeadPerfection.
- Demonstrate high level of positive energy towards Team and customers
- Deliver agreed to results in the areas of safety, quality, timelines, customer communication and satisfaction
- Provide high level of customer service to our customers
Qualifications:
- Home remodeling, renovation or construction experience
- Experience installing or repairing siding, windows, and doors is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pre-employment background check
- High School Diploma or equivalent
