We've been providing heating and cooling service to the residents of Salem and surrounding areas since 1973! We provide service, maintenance, repair or installation for residential homeowners and commercial properties with their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.
We are Hiring an HVAC Service Technician!
Someone with residential and/or light commercial service experience; controls experience a plus! We provide company paid training and dealer training for professional and person career growth!

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Pay Rate: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour + Spiffs
Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm with overtime as needed
Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Qualification / Skills:
- 2 + years' HVAC field service experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Universal EPA Certification
- Low Voltage license desired
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replace decisions
- Impeccable customer service skills
- NATE Certification or acquire within one year of employment
- Willingness to attended training classes and seminar including NATE Certifications
- Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Certification in HVAC from a Trade School desired
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
