We are looking for a motivated and skilled Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced lubrication systems. - Install, service, and maintain single and multi-point lubrication systems at customer locations.
- Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot system issues for optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on system use and maintenance.
- Conduct regular system inspections, document findings, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate service records and update necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest in lubrication technology and product innovations.
- Travel to various customer sites across Indiana, the Midwest, and occasionally nationwide.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician or in a related technical role, preferably in the lubrication, mechanical, or industrial sectors.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight and weekend shifts as needed.
- Experience using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and operating man lifts (training provided if necessary).
- Comfortable working in diverse conditions (hot, cold, loud) and able to lift 50 lbs, bend, and climb.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- TWIC card preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Technical certification or associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.

- Weekend and evening shifts may be required.
- Occasional overnight travel.
Work Location:
Primarily based in Valparaiso, Indiana, with travel to customer facilities for installations and repairs. Nationwide travel and flying may be required for larger projects.
