Job Title: Plumbing Technician

Position Purpose: Diagnose and repair/replace plumbing problems to all applicable codes while upholding R.T. Moore quality standards. Perform on-call duties in a designated rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial service calls independently.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding services performed.

Qualifications:

• Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in plumbing repair and installation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
