Job Summary:
The Service Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and safety of service station facilities. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fuel dispensers, pumps, storage tanks, and other essential systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to work within a fast-paced environment and be a part of a dedicated team.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct routine inspections of service station facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, including fuel dispensers, pumps, storage tanks, lighting, HVAC systems, and POS consoles.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks, such as filter replacements, lubrication, and system calibration.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations outside standard work hours.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service history.
- Attend workshops and seminars to stay updated on best practices.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems preferred.
- 4-6 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift/move materials over 70 pounds and handle physical demands such as frequent kneeling, bending, and standing.
- Willingness to climb ladders and lift heavy equipment, including manhole covers.
