**Where is the work:**
This position has been designated as **On-Site.**
+ This position works in both a typical office and warehouse environment.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
**What you will do:**
**Summary:**
Responsible for warehouse organization, procurement responsibility of parts ordering, parts receiving and administrative functions. Also responsible for internal interaction and communicating with the Area Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and Technicians as needed. Typically requires three (3) plus years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Parts ordering for projects, quotes and service agreements.
+ Check in on current inventory prior to ordering parts for jobs.
+ Issue Purchase Orders for large parts orders
+ Parts Receiving.
+ Parts marked/staged in the warehouse ready for jobs to start.
+ Forklift Certified for accepting larger deliveries.
+ Warehouse organization/operation.
+ Monthly safety checklist review.
+ Recycling scheduling.
+ General clean up.
+ Annual Rigging Certifications scheduling.
+ Inventory consumables - place orders for online items, notify PUD tech of those that can be picked up.
+ Assist PUD tech with keeping inventory as needed.
+ Review parts shelves on a regular basis, to track and notify of older jobs not picked up.
+ Visit Trane Parts Centers - on regular basis to take inventory and job status of parts on shelves.
+ P-card allocations.
+ Vendor list maintenance and updating.
+ New Vendor setup.
+ Rental Management - call entry, invoice setup, PO acknowledgment.
+ Support of Service Coordinator tasks as needed during leaves or peak workloads.
**What you will bring:**
+ Three (3) plus years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.Familiarity with Warehouse and/or Procurement preferred.
+ Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiple, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
+ Valid Driver's License

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $62,000-67,000l
