We are looking for an Service and Warranty Specialist that has window and door product knowledge, confidence, accountability, trustworthy, honesty, professional presence, persistence, ability to listen, and maintain customer relationships.

Job Summary: Provides superior customer service on Hayfield Window and Doors.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a respectful manner by providing relevant information which creates mutual understanding of any corrective action needed.
- Research customer service and product quality issues to independently determine the right action needed to resolve the problem at hand.
- Self-manage assigned work schedules and work orders, dependably schedule appointments with customers and coworkers.
- Complete and submit required paperwork that is neat, accurate, thorough and timely.
- Keep team members informed as needed of customer interactions & actions taken.
- Follow established Hayfield Window and Doors, making recommendations for process improvement.
- Ensures material is available to perform on-site service work. Keep service area neat and organized.
- Inventory service stock area of warehouse; request material replenishment as needed.
Entry Level Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of previous customer service experience
- Technical degree or Associates of Arts degree preferred
- Ability/Willingness to build relationship with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needsanalyze situations and act accordingly
- Think clearly and act quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and change priorities while working with interruptions
- Self-motivated, stress and pressure resistant, as well as a quick learner
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude with customers and co-workers
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Detail oriented team player with superior follow through
- Great listening and negotiation skills
- High energy, great attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 10 hours at a time
- Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks using arms and hands).
- Must be able to work in a loud and fast paced environment, make good judgements, and provide assistance when necessary.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and understand written instructions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Must be able to read and understand the U.S. measurement system to 1/32 of an inch
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
