Our Greer Service Writer is responsible for: 

- Providing excellent customer service by acting as a liaison between the customer and the service department

- Ensuring that service technician recommended repairs are quickly and accurately quoted to customers  

- Receiving and processing daily parts orders while maintaining the local inventory 

Position Requirements: 

- Previous experience in a service writer or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or material handling industry

- Basic understanding of mechanical and technical aspects of forklifts and other material handling equipment preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
