Required Skills:
- Responsible for administration of ServiceNow tool
- Troubleshooting Level 2/3 Incidents in ServiceNow Support queue
- Accountable for Service Restoration/Resolution for incidents/tasks in-scope
- Ensure production stability, and track issues to closure
- Production Deployment & Certification
- Pre-Production support
- Limited to Small Enhancements
- Code review and update as and when required for production issues
- Regression testing support for small enhancements
- Knowledge Management - Creating/Maintaining knowledgebase documents.
- Vendor Liaison for the applications in scope
- Performance/Status/SLA Reporting
- Reporting - FAILED EVENTS, Resolution, Error trending, Daily scorecard
- Participate in Change analysis and planning
- Production Deployment & Certification
