• Stewardship 2.0 initiative
  • To provide guidance and establish a set of policies/processes when onboarding a new tenant that wants to use the data
• Architect preferable, strong data analytics background in snow preferable
• Opportunity is to become an expert in one module/one set of foundational data
  • To be THE resource that teams come to for guidance on that specific set
  • Lots of data quality work - people who can automate governance on the platform
• Reporting on Data in Snow -- all on snowflake right now
  • Someone who knows running reports on the platform
• Contracts
  • A table that they need somebody to understand how their business utilizes contracts
  • Where do the contracts sit within the data model and on the platform
    • Want to pull contracts from data source A or B
    • One team might have a contract Id, one a number, one an identifier
    • Need to have a consistent notion of what data belongs in a contract
    • Need people with CSDM
• Dev Best practices - create a standard for creating new business flows etc.
  • Need to have knowledge of almost everything snow - know risks of not doing dev work certain ways

Job Summary:

This position will primary be responsible to interface with key stakeholders; apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; to deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 7 years of experience in working with Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), FSM (Field Service Management), GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), ITOM (IT Operations Management), AI/ML, Integration hub with hands on experience of working across multiple integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A fundamental understanding of ServiceNow modules, integration hub and hands on experiences with ServiceNow integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third party applications
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
• Solution design experience in Service Assurance platforms (customer issue management, ticketing, inventory management, service & network diagnostic, network monitoring (application, experience, performance, resource), workforce management, self-service fulfilment) in global telecom operators
• Exposure to Telecom domain is desirable.
• Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow consultants to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests, guide them achieve customer requirements and ensure compliances to the best practices
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
• Business, IT Stakeholders & Vendor Management Skill
• Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools
• Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
• Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. He should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
• Analytical Abilities, a goal oriented work approach, high quality awareness, good team player
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility
