Intact Technology is seeking exceptional technologists to architect, develop, implement, integrate, manage, and administer ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise customers. US Citizenship Required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with Project Manager to ensure Intact delivery of expected client outcomes with outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Accountable for all aspects of the technical solution, including overall solution architecture, best practice configuration of the ServiceNow modules, and integration analysis and design.
- Provides guidelines, guardrails, and direction in implementation of solution.
- Supports presales solutioning efforts, and reviews statements of work.
- Participates in the development of estimating models, standard workplans / resource plans, and reusable assets to improve consistency of delivery.
- Mentors and develops more junior technical staff.
- Participates in the recruiting and hiring process for technical staff.
- Networking with peers on technical matters, design prototypes, system designs and enterprise-wide research projects.
- Provide hands-on development, when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 -10 years of ServiceNow development and / or solution architecture.
- Broad and deep knowledge and understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Deep knowledge and expertise in 1-2 ServiceNow product areas
- Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Micro-services architecture knowledge, enterprise integration patterns
- Ability to design, architect and configure multiple applications / modules in the ServiceNow platform as we all as to design, architect and configure complex integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
- Minimum 8 or more major module implementations in the last 3 years, last 2 in Architect role.
- Ideal candidate would possess a CSA, CAD and a minimum of 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications and 5 micro-certifications (or would acquire these certifications within 6 months of hire)
- Ideal candidate also possesses a CMA / CTA (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills and the ability to adjust for audience appropriately.
