ServiceNow Architect - AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a Contract to Hire job with a client in Rockville, MD (Remote). You will lead the design, implementation, and support of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring high-impact, scalable results for our clients.

 

Rate Range: $90/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Salary Range: $190k/Year to $200k/Year; The Salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

ServiceNow Architect job responsibilities include:

• Lead the design of scalable, client-focused ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, offering expertise on ServiceNow capabilities, integrations, and customization.

• Oversee implementation efforts, providing guidance and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Design and manage integrations with third-party systems to streamline workflows and automate processes.

• Analyze and optimize system performance to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.

• Develop and enforce testing and QA standards to maintain solution quality.

• Build strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance to exceed expectations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

• Continuous Learning and Mentorship: Stay current on industry trends, mentor team members, and contribute to talent development within the ServiceNow practice.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.

• Certified in at least two additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Customer Service Management, CIS – Discovery).

• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and extensive experience in designing and leading complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.

Pay Details: $90.00 to $100.00 per hour
