Must have Skills:
- The candidate should have an extensive experience ServiceNow platform, extensive experience with workflow applications along with good process re-engineering and systems integration experience.
- At least 4-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and standard processes to design/develop complex enterprise interfaces for Incident Management Systems, supporting very high transaction volume (million per day) with proper error handling and alert/retry mechanisms
- Experience designing, implementing, and running Incident, Problem, and Change Management as a senior analyst
- The skills and experience needed to perform simple configuration, deployment, training and administrative work on the ITSM platform, and design and build reports that provide relevant, actionable metrics
- Strong analytical skills leveraging infrastructure knowledge and IT experience to analyze upcoming changes for conflicts/impacts/potential problems
- Asset management experience
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Able to innovate and think out-of-the-box
