Job Description: The ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures the smooth operation of the system, supports end-users, manages access and permissions, and handles routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with ServiceNow support as needed.
- Create and manage scheduled jobs, reports, and dashboards.
- Conduct routine platform maintenance and upgrades.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration.
- Proficiency in user management, incident management, and system configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with system upgrades and release management.
