Job Summary:
DT Professional Services is seeking a Change Manager for a federal contract who will support the implementation and operation of an ServiceNow Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Integrated Facilities and Workplace Management System (IFWMS). The solution is required to be a Software as a Service (SaaS) system capable of being hosted on a FEDRamp authorized cloud environment and must meet industry and client performance standards, offer the necessary redundancy and contingency features to provide success in planning, building, operating, maintaining, and servicing the client support facilities. This full-time position, located in Arlington, VA, will serve as the management representative for the overall management and completion of assigned tasks for the project.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating and liaising with management and stakeholders to drive the project forward
- Consulting with staff and relevant parties to manage resistance
- Creating and overseeing a strategy and timeline for change
- Creating training materials to embed change into company culture
- Helping managers implement change and navigate resistance
- Managing project budgets
- Managing the change process to ensure the process meets its objectives
- 7 years of Application experience with ServiceNow product implementations; in the role of Change Manager
- Bachelor’s degree
- Candidates must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must undergo a background investigation
- ServiceNow Implementer Expert certification
