JobDescription:

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support enterprise integration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in a variety of areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge,Release/SDLC, Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting,and SLAs.

  Develop solutions within ServiceNow, assist with the integration of other applications and tools, system administration, report development and testing of the product and its sub-modules.

  Design, implement, test,document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the enterprise.

  Identify, create, and execute test cases for ServiceNow and other software platforms including the creation of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework functionality.

  Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand, and document business and technical requirements.

  Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using Agile methodologies.

  Participate in and support ServiceNow version upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience:

  5%2B years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience including experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, YAML).

  Experience with Automation and DevOps Practices; familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git and utilize Agile principals

  ServiceNow Certified Application Developer 

Key Requirements:

  5%2B years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience

   Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, YAML)

  Experience with automation and DevOps practices; familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git and utilize Agile principals

  ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
