Experience Required-10+ years
- We need to use App Engine to build Scoped App.
- Require ServiceNow resource that has ITOM (CMDB, Event Management) and ITSM (Incident) experience
- Resource needs to have ServiceNow workflow script experience and the ability to pull and update data via scripting
- Work on ticketing incidents - e.g. Creating, changing, modifying workflows
- Configuring incident routing.
- Development work exp in App Engine and Scoped App required in this.
