" Forms and Batch job support (transform map, mapping etc.)
" Service Now Integration with third parties (using REST/SOAP, File based)
" Client and Server-Side scripting
" Notifications
" Reporting & Dashboarding
" Workflow
" Javascript
Desired additional skillsets
" Familiar with SQL, HTML / CSS, AJAX
" XML and structural programming concepts
" AWS
" Python
" Instance Data Replication (IDR)
