Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Hands on development within the ServiceNow platform including developing Flows, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Integrations
- Responsible for all things ITAM including workflow configuration, forms, and integrations.
- Serve as Technical Consultant for all ITAM configurations.
- Work with customers to gather, refine, and scope out ITAM requirements.
- Working within an Agile and Scrum environment and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including, scripting, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
- Strong knowledge on capabilities, configurations, and best practices related to IT Asset Management within ServiceNow
- Experience with Service Now Product Catalogs, Order guides and Product Configurator
- Strong JavaScript Skills as it relates to Service Now
- Ability to research and independently learn new technical information to perform configuration, operation, or network connectivity of applications, operating systems, and network devices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) a plus
