This is a temporary position designed to support the transition and organization of existing knowledge content into the ServiceNow Knowledge Base.Responsibilities:* Content Preparation: Take existing knowledge content from various sources and prepare it for submission into the ServiceNow Knowledge Base.* Data Migration: Move content, ensuring accuracy and consistency during the transfer process.* Tagging and Taxonomy: Apply basic tagging and taxonomy principles to categorize and organize content effectively.* Style Consistency: Update Word documents to maintain a consistent style and format, ensuring all content is correctly formatted and accessible.* Quality Assurance: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance before submission.Qualifications:* Bachelors Degree in IT or a related field * 2-6 years of ServiceNow implementation, and management experience* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Experience with ServiceNow, particularly in knowledge management.* Familiarity with Confluence and other content management systems.* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic document formatting.* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.Preferred Skills:* Experience with tagging and taxonomy in a knowledge management context.* Previous experience in an IT role or knowledge management projects.If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
