Job Description:
This client-facing role will suit an expert Service Management System (SMS) professional with a successful recent track record in the integration architecture and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Candidates will be experienced in leading technical ServiceNow engagements end to end, providing solutions leadership, content and governance to consult initiatives and projects.
The Integration Architect will define the integration solution and building blocks, conform to standards and best practices, while being realistic with constraints and alternatives, adhering to goals, budgets, and timelines. They will have substantive ServiceNow knowledge across its suit of Product lines.
Responsibilities:
§ Development of ServiceNow Integration Architecture for SecOps and/or HRSD solutions
§ Use Integration Hub Enterprise and Spoke
§ Leadership, expertise and delivery for ServiceNow based consulting initiatives and pre-sales engagements
§ Define business problems/opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets and timelines
§ Propose and provide solution options business cases, prototypes and walk-throughs to all required levels of stakeholders
§ Document and gain acceptance / approvals of selected final solutions
§ Execute architectural solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow leader, subject matter expert, compliance monitor, and go-to architectural authority on projects
§ Assessment of current state processes and tools
§ Identification of platform solution options
§ Definition of solution and integration requirements
§ Development of architecture and implementation plans
§ Coach and advise ServiceNow Developers
Qualifications:
Skills and Experience Requirements:
5-7 years of experience with Integration to Corporate Systems
• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow Architecture, design and development experience
• Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements
• At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead architect
• Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience
• Hands on experience with SecOps and/or HRSD
• Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
Skills and Certifications
• ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist is must
CTA Preferred, Certification in SecOps Preferred
• ITIL v3 certification
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
• Successful collaboration experience & proven leadership abilities
