Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect
Location: Portland, OR (Onsite)
Job Description:
- Candidate must have atleast 15 years of overall ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on design development and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform
- ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset
- Candidate must have 8 years of ServiceNow CMDB Discovery experience
- Good knowledge of CMDB data model
- well versed with ServiceNow scripting creation of custom patterns
- Experience in resolving Discovery issues coordinating with various infra teams
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have team handling experience
- Sound hands on experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations
- Should have good knowledge on Java script ITIL
- Participate in the research analysis and development of new applications and new modules in IT Service Management ITOM or other modules of servicenow
- ServiceNow ITOM Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management specific experience
- Participate in workshop and requirement gathering
- Follows Best practices in ServiceNow development activities coding
- Should be strong functional and technical with all core modules of ServiceNow IM MIM SLA PM CM Service Request catalog AD SSO Reporting KM CMDB Discovery Integrations
- Good communication skills

Salary
120,000 - 165,000 /year
