Must have:
- 10+ years professional experience
- 7+ years of demonstrable experience and have proven ServiceNow Architecture skills within a large multi-site global financial environment
- 5+ years of experience in driving, supporting a governing major transformation
- The candidate must have delivered major SNOW Architectures and designs within the last 12 months.
- The design and implementation to multiple third-party integrations to ServiceNow
- 5+ years of experience as a key technical resource for large scale ITSM solutions which should include roles providing ServiceNow Architecture and/or ServiceNow Solution Consultancy
- ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist Certification, ServiceNow certified Application Developer Certification, ServiceNow certified System Administrator Certification
- Design and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow, along with supporting tooling configurations and/or functional specifications, based on industry best practice
- Active Directory, Single sign On and LDAP Integrations with ServiceNow
- Java Scripting, Angular JS, Jelly, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML
- Database technologies, preferably SQL and JDBC
- We are responsible for the strategy and architecture for all Systems & Service Management products and services. As a Lead Architect, the candidate will join the Architecture function and work closely with stakeholders to create and maintain the technical strategy and roadmap within their specialist area.
- Provide technical leadership, oversight and governance for ServiceNow Products and Services
- Define and own the technical architecture & standards for ServiceNow
- Ensure products and services are rigorously tested, secure, stable and fit for consumption
- Advise on risks, impacts and options on business and technical architecture
- Enable innovation and business agility through technology adoption & transformation Technology Leadership
- Create and maintain strong relationships with your stakeholder network, ensuring products and services are relevant and meet the required outcomes
- Continually assess market capabilities to ensure we are adopting the most relevant capabilities in the industry
- Define and own the target architecture and technology strategy for ServiceNow products and services within the bank, gaining approval across your stakeholder community, including the group of VP & SVPs.
- Be the advocate and evangelist for ServiceNow products and services across the organization, proactively engaging to inform and educate.
- Facilitate effective communications with all key stakeholders including Product Management, Business Units & Customers, Regulatory and Control teams, Security & Audit & Vendors & Suppliers
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to agree mutual priorities, business demand plans and improvement opportunities which will deliver value. Use the input to drive the backlog and roadmap
- Produce robust documentation & presentation material for stakeholder consumption operating at varying levels
